Carson Campbell is a dedicated advocate for individuals who have been wronged, injured, or overlooked. She assists clients with a wide range of legal issues, offering trusted counsel and tireless representation no matter the challenge. While her special interests lie in injury law, including workers’ compensation, personal injury, and medical malpractice, Carson brings both compassion and strength to every case she handles. She is undefeated in the courtroom; having successfully won every case she has tried.
Before joining the firm, Carson spent several years defending employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation and liability matters. Her background as a defense attorney gives her a unique edge in anticipating insurance company tactics and building cases that demand results. She now uses that knowledge to fight for real people.
Carson earned her law degree from Cumberland School of Law, graduating in the top 10 percent of her class. She served as Writing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and was a Caruthers Teaching Fellow. She is a frequent speaker on legal issues and has authored several articles in the area of workers’ compensation law.
