Karlie Stroup is the office secretary working under all staff members of Cusimano, Roberts, Mills & Knowlton, LLC. She studied locally in the Paralegal Studies program at Gadsden State Community College where she earned her associates degree in December of 2020. She was named on the Fall Semester 2020 President’s List as an honor student, and graduated top of her class.
In 2018, while pursuing her degree, she began her career in Georgia as a paralegal to the firm’s senior attorney where she learned the practice of worker’s compensation, personal injury, and probate law in Georgia. She temporarily worked under a divorce attorney here in Gadsden before beginning her internship with us September of 2020. Karlie was hired on with our firm in October of 2020.
Karlie has served with the United States Army Reserve (USAR) since July of 2018 and continues to be an active member of the armed forces. She graduated 2nd of her class for her military occupational specialty (MOS) in Advanced Individual Training (AIT). She has earned an Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal for her exemplary behavior as a USAR soldier.
